Community Services Grants

Funding for community service projects related to physical therapy, physical activity, fitness, health, wellness, and/or prevention.

Making a difference in the lives of Oklahomans

Since 2003, Oklahoma Physical Therapy Foundation has been making a difference in the lives of Oklahomans by funding research, education, and community services in the field of physical therapy, including multiple grants for physical therapy centers who provide free services to those in need.
